Electronic Preliminary Information (EPI)

Electronic Preliminary Information (EPI) is the process of notifying customs about incoming goods before they arrive at the border.
This speeds up the crossing process and reduces the chance of delays or customs refusal.

We collect and prepare the full EPI package, which includes:

  • CMR or other transport documents
  • Invoice
  • Packing list
  • Vehicle documents
  • Driver passport
  • Scheduled border crossing point and time

EPI must be submitted no later than 2 hours before arrival at the customs border of the EAEU.
